Through engaging music and simple dance moves, Zumba can help with sensory processing and overall well-being. Our guest Zumba Instructor recommends wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle and towel!

Culinary Activity: Fruit Kebabs

Our clients will engage in culinary creativity with the delightful art of preparing fruit kebabs. Fruit kebabs are a fun and healthy option that promises a burst of fruity goodness in every bite.
