Services and Programs

Make a difference while making money.

Because we have multiple opportunities and partnership programs with PS Academy Arizona, you can adjust your schedule to what works best for you!

As an EE provider, you have the opportunity to work with families in need of services per your experience, availability, and preferences.

Additionally, EE Support Services is proud to introduce the EE Provider Portal which enhances the matching process experience with accessible and user-friendly formats.

Direct Support Services… aka Special Needs Companion

How does it work?

Direct Support (Respite and Habilitation) opportunities are updated daily in the EE Provider Portal.

This portal can be accessed through the EE website and is password protected so EE employees have access to job opportunities first.

The EE provider portal allows you to access clients in the county/city of your choice. We match you with families in need of services per your experience, availability, and preferences. EE Support Services prioritizes a “personalized matching” approach to make sure you and the family are both happy.

What are Respite Services?

Interacting with someone with special needs (the client) in their home, or in the community, allowing a period of rest for their family or caregiver.

This is essentially a form of babysitting someone with special needs.

What are Habilitation Services?

You can help a child develop and improve skills for daily living in the home or in the community. This may include habilitative therapies, social developmental skill instruction, behavior interventions, or social skills development. Typically, things like writing, reading, or other items that are determined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP), which is a document provided by the Division of Developmental Disabilities in Arizona, which outlines what skills they need to hone in on.

Habilitation is essentially a form of tutoring for those with special needs. Higher pay than Respite hours due to required goal implementation and data collection.
