Parent/Guardian Signature Due Date Calendar

Guardian signatures are required to continue to receive support services and to approve your providers’ timecards for payroll. To avoid delays, please sign off on your providers’ timecard through your SpokeChoice account. If you need assistance with SpokeChoice please email scheduling@eesupportservices.com.  We are happy to help!

In order to approve your provider's service hours, we would like to introduce you to the site we use, SpokeChoice. Please navigate to SpokeChoice on your web browser (mobile or desktop).  When you are using your mobile device, it is recommended to use either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for your web browser. You will receive an account setup link from SpokeChoice soon. This link is time-sensitive, please set up your account as soon as you receive it. 

Before every payday, the scheduling team sends out a reminder to all parents and guardians with the dates included in each payroll listed, and the due date for guardian authorizations. Parents and guardians must sign off  or “approve” your time worked through their SpokeChoice account. Your provider should also remind you of this process as they are also notified.
